By submitting this form and taking part in a recording, you agree to the following. It is written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask before we record.
- Zineea, as producer of The Diamond Way Podcast, may record your voice, likeness, name, and the conversation, in audio and video.
- The recording may be edited, and may be published, distributed, and promoted in any format and on any platform, now or in the future, without time limit — including clips and excerpts — and used to promote the podcast and Zineea's work.
- You will not be paid for appearing, and you will not be charged to appear.
- What you share is yours to share: you own, or have permission to use, anything you bring to the conversation, and you will not share anything confidential or defamatory.
- Recording an episode does not guarantee it will be published. Zineea decides what is released.
- The conversation is for education and inspiration. Nothing said in it is medical advice, for you or for listeners.
- You may ask in writing for an episode to be taken down. We will consider it in good faith, but copies already downloaded or shared cannot be recalled.
