These terms apply when you use zineea.com, book a call or session, or join a program here. By using the site you agree to them. Please read them; they're written to be plain.

Who we are

This website is Zineea's ("we", "us"). Payments made on this site are processed by 13592791 Canada Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada, which is the name you'll see on Stripe's payment page and your card statement. You can reach us at hello@zineea.com.

The nature of this work

Zineea's sessions, programs, retreats and free tools are education and support for your wellbeing, working with the body's own capacity to release and restore. Every body responds in its own way, and no particular result is promised. You choose what to take part in and at what pace, and you're responsible for your own choices about your health and care.

This site and its tools are not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, fainting or another sudden, severe symptom, call your local emergency number.

Free tools and content

The Body Map, Find Your Balance, free courses and everything else published here are for education and self-reflection. Their results are reflections to explore, not assessments.

Booking calls and sessions

• Clarity Breakthrough Calls are free. Your confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel.
• Private sessions are paid when you book, or at the clinic where that option is offered. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and Canadian sales tax is added where it applies.
• To change or cancel a paid session, reply to your calendar invitation as early as you can and we'll work it out with you.

Programs

• The price, in US dollars, and any tax are shown on Stripe's secure payment page before you pay.
• Joining a program means accepting its program agreement at checkout. You'll also receive the full program agreement to sign electronically once you've joined.
• Program materials (videos, guides, recordings and other content) are for your personal use. Please don't share, copy or resell them.

Refunds

We don't have a standard refund policy yet. If something isn't right with a session or program you've paid for, write to us at hello@zineea.com and we'll look at it with you individually. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law.

Retreats

Retreats have their own terms, set out on each retreat's own page, and every guest signs a participant agreement before attending.

What you share with us

When you send us a testimonial, photo or video, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use it as you agreed on the form, for example to show your words with the name you chose. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Please share only what's yours to share, and nothing unlawful or hurtful.

Our content and names

The text, recordings, programs, images and design of this site belong to Zineea or are used with permission. The names Subconscious Somatic Release Method™ and The Diamond Way™ belong to Zineea and identify her work. You're welcome to share links to our pages; please ask before reusing our content.

Other websites

We link to other sites (such as Instagram, retreat pages and our payment provider). Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Limits on liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a paid service is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Changes don't apply to a purchase you've already made.
